This is a major problem. Tech has a substantial portion of foreigners and new immigrants who have not adopted American values. They don't care about free speech. They hate Americans. They are a "danger to our democracy."
Tech worker here. They smile to your face but even recent immigrants from places like the UK have a huge superiority complex. They also know they can clear out every American born employee and replace them with like minded people without so much as a blink from HR. The same happens when a large group from any one country dominates inside an America based company. Race doesn’t even matter, I’ve seen it with Euro-supremist, multiple distinct groups of Southeast Asian supremacist and I’ve seen the same for Belarusian and Russian. There would be entire teams with managers of any given nationality that would blatantly have a team from only the same country with not a care in the world for laws or policies against such bias.
