That tells you where Edison's head was at, but to be fair, wireless induction just isn't efficient. Not even in the slightest. Will it get better? Maybe. But unless you can piggyback off the Shumann Resonance, you're going to have nothing but problems with losses and range. It's a good idea, but it's not practical.
