approval within dem voters will never waver. a dem voter could watch his brother lose his job to lockdown, his uncle lose his job on keystone pipeline XL, watch his communities crime rates soar, and he will still believe the dem ideals are the best for everyone and that Biden is doing a good job. You can choose to believe these numbers are faked but really, it's not that hard to predict Biden will carry an astronomical approval rating with his base no matter what he or any of them do.
