I think if there is evidence that a divorced woman is having sex with another man then that woman should not be entitled to any child support from the ex-husband. Woman will date a new man after a divorce and not get married for years because the woman will lose child support. A woman shouldn't be able to have a fun dating life and receive post-marital benefits simultaneously. Especially if the new boyfriend doesn't want to take responsibility for the girl's kids or show any commitment. I'm not going through this but my mom is sleeping with another dude and my dad is essentially funding it while he's broke and she's living in a 2-family home. Its not right. I've seen other cases like this. What am I missing here?
EDIT; The purpose of the law is to provide a consequence to a woman for splitting with her husband rather than getting half of his stuff and the kids custody. If a woman has to say "wait.. if I split with my husband, then if I want to fall in love again I will need to severe ties with this guy financially too" provides incentive for a wife and husband to work out their marriage issues and keep the family together. a marriage is achieved in 3 ways
having sex getting her a ring and signing a ketubah
ideally you do all 3 if you have sex you actually "verbally sign" a standard ketubah
so the moment your ex wive does one of those 3 you are relieved of mairiage duties/allimony! there exist no sex before marriage in this interpetation! sex is marriage! so i can pass a lie detector test that i have not have had sex before marriage because i truly believe it!

because in a marriage the woman has the right to sex! the man has no right to sex. so marriage is not love and sex. marriage is a contract that a woman will be taken care of by the man and 1 man only!
all this is complicated. a man can marry different women, but a woman can only remain married to one man!
a ketubah is signed by the man not the woman, it is the womans contract. a woman wears a wedding ring not a man
all this is being undone by "liberal" judaism, thinking difference between men and women is discirmination. no it is a role thing all this is complicated to hash out here.
i lost my faith when i went to study abroad, a science related study, seeing as the world tells you science and religion(old testament) are incompatible. untill i found a book called genesis and the big bang after that book i found my faith again now i try and read all old writings by rabis and sages!
