““The single exception [to impeachment for crimes committed prior to becoming president] is spelled out in a rhetorical question posed at the Constitutional Convention in 1787 by George Mason of Virginia: “Shall the man who has practiced corruption & by that means procured his appoint in the first instance, be suffered to escape punishment, by repeating his guilt?”’ ‘Mason was referring to something specific: efforts to bribe members of the Electoral College, and thus to distort the process of presidential selection. But we should read his concern more broadly. It captures any candidate’s effort to procure his office through corrupt means.’ https://theprint.in/world/trumps-action-before-he-became-president-should-not-be-grounds-of-impeachment/298763/

I think if you can show that he and Harris were in on the steal, they both could be impeached because as they remain in office, it's part of a continuing crime. Regardless, I think they should be tossed if the election fraud is demonstrated in enough states to show that they didn't have enough electoral votes to win.
Yeah, I not sure how getting away with the crime long enough to sneak through the inauguration means you get to stay in a stolen office.
Yes, but he won't be. Even if Republicans controlled the house, most of them are pussies.
‘Joe Biden brags about having “the most extensive and inclusive VOTER FRAUD organization” in history.‘

I’ve dropped that video so many times and still have a zero percent response rate among leftists.
I guess you can show them Yuri Bezmenov.

Whose going to impeach him? The Democrat House and Senate?
Hell, even if Republicans controlled both, they are too spineless to remove Biden.
I’m not saying it’s going to happen now, but in a world where all of this election fraud was uncovered and prevented in subsequent Congressional elections, it could happen. I think we should at every option to get rid of a fraudulently elected politician. And we don’t have to stop with him.
Well yes but they control the Senate and house and a good chunk of the republican party
Good question. Jenna Ellis posted a response to that question a while back and said no, if I remember correctly. I don’t understand why.
