Trump has always been a huge proponent of black people and especially black people of influence. Lil wayne asked for a pardon after being pro Trump, he got one. Simple as that. He has probably red pilled more young people then any of us ever could have imagined. Fuck, look at Snoop Dog going pro-Trump after politely asking for a pardon for his friend and getting one. That kind of shit works a lot better than pardoning patriots (sort of, Assange isn't American) that might deserve it more.
In reality, though, none of it matters. In the end it didn't do anything about election fraud, so there was no point to any of it.
I'm sure he does. Trump has to have a reason to not have pardoned him, something that we are just not aware of. Is it that he hasn't been convicted of a crime in the US? I don't really know exactly how the pres pardon system works.
