I was the meekest guy in school and tended to attract the bullying type. I'd take a lot but there was a line and when that got crossed lessons were learned. I tended to win most of the time but even on the couple of times I didn't, I earned respect and once even a friendship.

The GOP's failure to engage is seen as weakness (and I think it's fairly evident by now that that's by design). Nothing will change until the strategy changes. Trump showed them how but they just won't take the lesson. As the saying goes, "There are none so blind as those that will not see".
