Why sue to get Robert's to preside, that makes no sense. Just ignore the whole thing. Have the Office of the Former President put out a statement saying that the trial is unconstitutional and therefore they will not participate. We know they don't have the votes either way. Just don't play.
I think Roberts is afraid he's going to be sitting in the chair when Trump's lawyers cite all the cases that he allowed to be dismissed, which threw this country into a Banana Republic, he himself is responsible for the Dems gaining control, he himself is responsible for a Liberal bunch of goons running our country like a damned communist country.
