It's their cities that will be impacted by a wave of illegals. Just saying I'd personally donate to keep the wall going, maybe they should do a fundraiser in the entire state
Not just our cities. Even our small towns have far too many illegals. I live in a town of about 2500 people. Illegals make up about 8% if not more of the town’s population. There are a total of 11 fast food/restaurants in my town. 5 of them are mexican food. In addition to that there is a Mexican bakery and a ‘boutique’ import store, clothing and what not. Add to that the legal immigrants that refuse to assimilate. It can easily become an issue even in small towns.
90% of the work force building new houses in Texas seem to be unskilled labor. None of them really know what they are doing and it shows everywhere. New housing in Texas is garbage.
Your not wrong at all. I literally just bought a new build house and I had stay on top of them like flies on shit to make sure everything was done right. I have learned that builders rely heavily on construction managers to find problems while the actual working crews just hammer the job out and mark it done without much care about the quality or if its up to code. The amount of wasted labor was really shocking to me.
