Ditto from the Hill Country.

The EC ramifications alone would force other states to also leave.

Secession is a peaceful act.

Remember,

All those elitist demoKKKrat Fraud Politicians were hiding under chairs and crawling on the floor when just a few UNARMED Patriots showed up to protest the fraudulent election they were stealing. Imagine what the cowards would do if a REAL INSURRECTION occurred. They'd piss and poop their pants and cry like the bitch cowards they truly are.

I hope the residents of Texas, especially the older retired ones, understand with secession comes ZERO Federal dollars...no more Social Security, Federal retirement, disability, etc. You might be able to recover some of it after a legal battle, but I'm pretty sure the US would cut off funds and make it very difficult to get any action.

The US economy would collapse overnight if it stopped getting TX oil and gas. Semi-autonomy somewhat like what they have in Iraqi Kurdistan is what I want.

While as a Texan I agree that social services need not be continued... if current Texans remained paying the same in taxes (post secession to the state rather than feds) Texas could continue to support all current government jobs and federally funded programs in Texas.. and STILL have money leftover.

This is excellent news!

So how long do we need to live in Texas if we move there to be eligible to vote on this?

The dems may let it happen easier to control their sheep and lose much of the people willing to fight the swamp and could secure permanent success in elections free of charges

If we secede who cares

"not legal". give me a break. If the people will it to be so, then it shall be so.

Whats the federal government gonna do? Start a war over it? Good.

Last time I checked, stealing an election wasn't legal either.... yet here we are.

feraxil 1 point ago +1 / -0

Exactly

TheBigT03 8 points ago +8 / -0

Texas voluntarily joined the union and they can voluntarily leave it

7
bootsy_two_scoops 7 points ago +7 / -0

Lmao the Declaration of Independence wasn’t legal either.

slag 6 points ago +6 / -0

Not legal

Lol, states have rights. Whether a hegemony would allow it without force as in 1860s is another question entirely.

If we Texans decide to secede and become our own country again we will. We don't give two shits what's "legal" in that other 49 state country.
