And as a guy that owns a construction company i build a lot of fences, look at the fence put up at capital hardware is on the out side not inside razor wire is on the inside. When i build security fences not privacy fences we put the hardware on the secured side so the bad guys cant take it down. Just saying.
And look at prison fences razor wire is always on the inmate side not the public side. Plus more guard is inbound to D.C. as of 3 hrs ago.
