I wonder how he'll go. He's already encouraged the legislature to pass a law saying the state won't enforce any federal gun laws (saying he'll sign it) and Paxton has been super aggressive in lawsuits.
He's got a neocon streak like all Texas republicans do but he's also pretty popular down here so he can get away with going populist.

North Dakota put a bill forward about allowing their residents to sue Twitter and Facebook for banning legal speech. Not sure if it went anywhere, but I suspect Silicon Valley issued plenty of threats about anyone thinking about supporting it.
