Where have you been? WI was completely going Trump until they stopped counting, and LITERALLY "found" over 100k ballots, all only voting for Biden. No down ballot.
2018 current Dem gov is only in office because of.... You guessed it, middle of the night big ol' stash of Dem ballots "found", just enough for the win, and just enough to push outside the recount zone.
