That's not how I remember it going down. I thought there was a meme saying Trump should go on Rogan with Biden. I seem to remember Trump responding favorably (no surprise). Biden was scared (also no surprise). I don't think Rogan ever actually offered an invitation. In fact, I seem to remember him being scared of having presidential candidates on his show after having Bernie "the original cuck" Sanders on. Rogan's "endorsement" pissed a lot of people off.

It's simple why Rogan would never dignify Trump with an appearance and treating him fairly. Rogan plays the middle to keep his subscribers up. As much as he acts like he's not afraid of being canceled, he most certainly is. You can read between the lines where he really stands (i.e. he should be a huge Trump supporter given the choices), but he plays stupid so he can maintain his lefty audience. I personally don't think Rogan is a big fan of paying huge taxes, stifling free speech, blaming whitey, and gun grabbing. There's a reason he went to Texas.

I'm pretty sure he said he'd do the debate on one of his YT shows but I can't remember who, and he was probably stoned at the time.

The quote was stupid to say but I'm not a big fan of cancel culture and I don't agree with canceling Rogan for saying something stupid. This is a guy who gives Alex Jones mainstream air time. This is a guy who gave Abilgail Shrier air time when literally everyone else shunned her. A man who talks as much as Rogan is going to say something stupid from time to time. If he has a guest who called him on it he would probably retract it.

That’s exactly it though. He said something on his show about Sanders and the next thing you know Bernie’s running ads that Rogan endorsed him. The blowback spooked him. He’s also been spooked by the “alt right adjacent” label some fags branded him with so he definitely tones it down.

I am in total agreement that he’s to be commended for giving extended air time to some of the people he does. I just think he is far from genuine in his public stances. In this day and age I don’t think anybody should be surprised by that. It’s far too dangerous to be yourself if you want to work and not look over your shoulder constantly.

You sound like you know more 'bout it.

TBH - I think rogan's a shitbird, and much prefer eddie bravo, when he's not being shut down by JR.

I listen to his show when he has guests I'm interested in. He brings in a lot of people that don't get the time of day elsewhere. I'm not an MMA fan so I typically skip all those episodes. Rogan repeats himself a lot so I think I have a good idea of how he publicly portrays himself. I only know Eddie Bravo from the Rogan Experience so I should seek out more of him. I was fascinated by him in the middle of Alex Jones and Rogan. It's like Alex was playing an insane person, Rogan was the cuck, and Bravo was the real deal.

He did make jones tolerable for a bit but, I'm back to hating his living guts!

Eddie was into the flat-earth stuff, and I wanted to hear him out but, you know, joe..
