Find a good history podcast to listen to. I'm currently going back and forth between The History of Rome by Mike Duncan and The Purate History Podcats by Matt Albers.

For Duncan, I assume he's probably liberal, but this podcast is fairly nonpolitical and I just love the time period. He is a bit monotone, though. For Albers, he's a bit more, dramatic, but he's a fun listen.

Please also check out the Fall of Civilisations podcast by Paul Cooper. It’s very good, well researched and very relaxing to listen to. If you like history you’ll love it.
