You should have seen some of the trainings we had to do this year. Literally made me sick to my stomach.

Was this the powerpoint style bullshit or with actual people?

If the latter, did you say ANYTHING or did you allow the bullshit to go unchallenged?

This is a HUGE opportunity for us to fight back in this culture war. You don't have to be a dick about it but you can ask honest questions that point out the stupidity. It will help wake people up (or at the least, plant the seed for folks to wake up)

I've started replying to e-mails with questions when they go woke with stuff. So far, only the "team leads" and above have to do the diversity training but if it comes to my level, I WILL ABSOLUTELY be asking questions and fighting back.

Letting it go unchallenged is letting the commies get more people on their side.

You aren’t wrong about that. It was a power point thing with cringey videos I had to watch. “Equity”, “Anti-Racism”, “Pandemic”, and others. It was pure fear/shame porn for brainwashed Leftists.

I’m one of the luckier ones that can still work from home. That is where I did that garbage, and I was alone. Usually when we do a training we get an option to provide feedback, but that was conveniently not part of these ones.

I guess I could do it anyway, send them an email with some feedback.
