I have most of that, except we're Buddhist (they're very accepting though). She keeps in shape, thinks political correctness is pathetic, and is wonderful to spend time with. The one caveat is, I don't know what to say about clingy or not because we rarely have any reason to be apart these days. We live in communist-occupied Washington state at the moment unfortunately so there's beyond nothing to do right now aside from hike and garden.

She's also a ridiculously hard worker. Rural girls are the best. You can take your girl out of the village, but you can't take the village out of your girl.

I describe her because girls like this exist in most cultures, it's just a matter of finding them since they're usually busy working; but I hope I can provide some idea what to look for and how to spot it.
