democrats fact checked this and said its true heels up harris failed her first try, but 50% of people fail the first time. That means the best they could come up with is that she's below average.

It's true that Harris failed the bar exam on her first attempt, per The New York Times. She later passed.

It's also true that Barrett graduated at the top of her class at Notre Dame Law School, per Politico.

Bonus points: Hillary Clinton and Michelle Obama both failed the bar on their first try. Low IQ individuals.

Hillary and Michelle went to Yale and Harvard Law, respectively. Both schools have always had extremely high bar pass rates (currently both have 99% pass rates). What's their excuse? Pathetic. At least Harris' school is not as prestigious (UC Hastings, with a 79% pass rate currently).

It also depends on where you take the bar. NY and CA bars are supposedly the hardest while some states are easier. All are an accomplishment and yes many fail the first time.

If you are presidential material you should be able to pass the dang bar exam on the first go. No excuses

I’d rather judge them on their performance as an attorney - the problem is many never worked a day in their life as one.
