And I was complaining about M/W/D in hiring offers in Germany (male, female, "diverse"). I though... the fuck is "diverse"? And the fuck do you need to write it there, as if employers would simply discriminate because people don't match male/female (which practically stands for anybody).

They aren't even allowed to write anything else than M/W or to use inappropriate grammar without getting sued into oblivion.
