Spoiler alert! You don't have to be pro LGBT to support the rights of LGBT people.
You don't have to be an ally or even help them.
You CAN support them without supporting them as a group.
Next time someone says you're against the XYZ people because you don't support their community, ask them if they are are part of some other community like Christians and when they say no, tell them that they must be against all Christians.
