Exactly. People only think she's different because she doesn't spout crazy shit 24/7.

Well, in fairness to Tulsi (who I agree with about ~50% of the time) - how fucking rigged do you think internal DNC elections are?

She may well be the most popular real Democrat in the bunch. If we signal boost her, we can sow division in their ranks.

WatchMaga 1 point ago +2 / -1

Oh for Pete's sake! We've had our democracy hijacked and you're demonizing people over policy disagreements.

We should be so lucky as to have opponents like Tulsi. That's WHY we need to support and encourage her.

riceman 1 point ago +5 / -4

She says no war that is unwarranted and I believe her, same reason I like Trump. Well, one of the reasons I like Trump.

Mitch said he would repeal obamacare

Turtleavacado 2 points ago +2 / -0

When President Trump wanted to take troops out of Syria she supported it and then she opposed it. So idk seems like she's a little flip-floppy?

you just defined the word different

I gave her a shot when she first hit the scene. I'm former Marine so I am biased to hear out a fellow vet. But once she started talking, that was about enough. No big deal. But then, I noticed it seems like the Dems have gone on a very active search to find liberals who served in the Military and especially in Iraq to prop up as candidates in areas where the can't win. It seems like even Crenshaw is one of these people as well, who I liked for a while as he talks like a moderate person, but he DOESNT vote on bills that way or important issues

KeepMarxInTheGround [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

Tammi Duckworth as well.

1
BS2020 1 point ago +1 / -0

Duckworth is kind of a POS, Tulsi is just on the wrong side or reason lol

2
acasper 2 points ago +2 / -0

Doesn’t matter what they say. Does matter how they vote.

2
BS2020 2 points ago +2 / -0

exactly -- otherwise its just BS

1
Prelatefenix87 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yep i liked Crenshaw at first from some of his rhetoric. then i saw how he voted and hes a MCstain. Big government warmonger who will patriot act red flag law everyone into submission.

2
BS2020 2 points ago +2 / -0

I gave him the benefit of the doubt and his voting showed who he really is -- hope he's primaried when his time comes up

https://www.ontheissues.org/Tulsi_Gabbard.htm

It's not a difficult task to draw the conclusion that Tulsi is no ally to Trump supporters or the patriot conservative movement. Look at the stances on abortion, fossil fuels, socialized healthcare, "free" education, the 2nd Amendment, and complete cow-towing to the radical left and LGBT movement.

She doesn't get a gold star just for stating obvious things like "the government shouldn't spy on its citizens" or "men and women are biologically different."

You either view the world in a way that seeks potential allies who might share some of you views, or you castigate anyone who even partially disagrees with you in binary fashion.

You’re advocating the ladder. Which is not productive, but then again you never said your goal was to produce anything of value.

My suggestion would be to adopt the former worldview. Like mindedness is far more common than same mindedness. Learn to work with others, compromise when possible, while protecting core principles.

On Tulsi specifically, I do not trust her. She seems like a chameleon. However, like others point out, people like Tulsi serve as prime examples when arguing politics, in that they are more closely aligned with the person you’re arguing with, and can therefore be used as a wedge to open someone’s eyes.

Humans are not monolithic thinkers with binary political beliefs. There is a broad spectrum of ideologies at play and people can change their stance over time.

Tulsi Gabbard is a fool. Any time she's even remotely correct it's a broken clock is right twice a day situation.

3
DoubleEagle 3 points ago +3 / -0

But, but, but... she's hot and occasionally says good stuff.

It's sad that despite everything, she's still better than every Democrat and most Republican candidates.

I think she endorsed Biden only after being threatened by Hillary.

Hell, every Trump seems to have made an awful deal with the left (only rationale I can see for the pardons, the special secret service treatment, and the dropping of criminal investigations).

womp_squared 2 points ago +3 / -1

I don't agree with her on a lot but the rest of the Commiecrats I agree with 0% of the time. I think she would be good to pull the democrats more to the center because right now they are Wile E. Coyoteing right off a cliff and taking America with them. It is OK to disagree with someone on things but also point out when they are right and support them on their fight that would help you.

1
HiddenDekuScrub 1 point ago +1 / -0

Pretty much this. It might be a "broken clock is right twice a day" thing, but that doesn't mean there aren't uses.

2
juvenal 2 points ago +2 / -0

Imagine if she was mainstream democrat. Nobody's asking you to vote for her.

I give Tulsi and Bernie credit. They're at least honest about what they want to do. Sure, their ideas are terrible, but at least they're not going to lie about them.

1
OK_Citizen 1 point ago +1 / -0

And she stood up on the stage in the Dem primary and raised her hand with the rest of the socialists. It’s good for the left to hear her say conservative-friendly things she’s been saying lately but that doesn’t make her a DINO.

She still supports leftist policies and voted in lockstep with the liberal fascists.

1
OldAndy 1 point ago +1 / -0

Isn't she the military one who illegally ran for pres?

1
TheOne1 1 point ago +4 / -3

Can I still have sex with her as long as I treat her like the dirty commie she is? ;-)

I feel that, she is not a commie and your commie meter may be broken, change my mind.

The lesson everybody should have learned by now:

NEVER TRUST POLITICIANS

NEVER TRUST THE GOVERNMENT

NEVER TRUST THE MEDIA

The ultimate basis of government is simple: You are the tax cattle, they are parasites. They play schemes of obfuscation and deception in order to siphon your tax money into their accounts. It's sufficient if they put in just a little effort. Ideologies are there to keep slaves in check horizontally - muh' precious government and muh' who builds the streets and muh' common good are propagandistic ideas there to chain the mind into bullshit. Then let societal pressure, demoralization and humiliation do the rest.

1
Prelatefenix87 1 point ago +1 / -0

Tulsi actually has some integrity and calls the left out on some bullshit and just fucking crazy shit. BUT she still IS a brainwashed communist on public policy with progressive taxes health care etc. shes just not FULL BLOWN "woke" culture take away all your rights cuz it makes me feel better Tin pot dictator. SAD this is so rare in washington.

riceman 0 points ago +5 / -5

I do like the sex comment. She has allot of good ideas and a few I don't agree with. You like Joe better?! What the fuck, we sound just like them. Agree with me totally, or be cancelled. Truth is she should be the fake president!

0
DrSonicScream 0 points ago +1 / -1

Point is she didnt have to endorse Biden but she did since she was on the outside with the DNC.. Shes supposed to be suing Google for $50 mil and retiring or retired her seat after failed presidential run.. She workable. Was the best dems had so they had to eliminate her.

0
riceman 0 points ago +1 / -1

Point is, why would she do that? Why would she drop the suit and or why was it thrown out? Your understanding is very limited. These mother fuckers like to help people to the end their life. She is the best they had. I like her very much, best dem candidate.

This place just wouldn’t be the same if Tulsi didn’t freak half of you people out, lol.

It cracks me up that she can say something as simple as “we should stop persecuting fellow Americans and adhere to principles from God and the Constitution” and you guys freak the fuck out.

It’s almost pathetic.

-2
Lurkermon -2 points ago +1 / -3

But she has a nice ass. Have you seen her yoga vids?

-3
Covfefe_Crusader -3 points ago +3 / -6

This entire place has become a uniparty establishment cheerleading section and it's getting more obvious by the day.
