In totalitarian states like North Korea, there's only one newspaper, it's government owned and only available behind glass on public bulletin boards. Taking pictures is illegal and the punishment is gulag for 3 generations.

Why you ask, because they want to be able to alter the past, without anyone remembering what the newspaper originally wrote back then.

We've always been at war with [squints through glass] corona viruses. Masks don't help? We never said that.
