The 14th amendment is the source of all this bullshit, it effectively granted the federal government the RIGHT to legally enforce the bill of rights, a power it was never meant to have. Why was it never given this power by our founders? Because it also gives the federal government the power to revoke rights. DACA is effectively made invulnerable by the 14th amendment. People don’t seem to understand that America as founded has been dead and buried since 1866.
