I'm still keeping an open mind about Trump and his motive and character. There are many things that don't make sense to me, but one think I have seen with my own eyes is blatant manipulation by the media. Even if Trump was as described above (and I think the case could be made either way and I'm not really about to investigate it thoroughly enough to say I know one way or the other - its sufficient to say I significantly doubt and mistrust the mainstream narrative ) the driving force behind his power has been the increasingly blatant manipulation by the media. They literally drove people to him by consistently pushing different agendas in increasingly obvious ways instead of reporting the news and representing people's concerns genuinely without judgement.
