OK...what is up with recent posters not bothering to explain their posts? Are these Qanons? They usually posted the "Look Photo. Get it? Huge," type posts.
I'm gonna take a guess that this is some racist post showing happy whites. If so, you picked the worst time in history. Sure there wre incidents, but the 20's saw unprecedented racial harmony. Google the Harlem Renaissance. You had white women dancing for black guys, with black guys, whore houses with white ho's with black clientele, and vice versa all.
