I can't see this being a reality in the US. Patients already have a hard enough time with intranasal swabs. Most fail and freak out when you perform those tests. I doubt this would be used widespread here, unless on a potential rule out on a severe patient who fails an nasal swab and other resp. illness tests as it could still be in the digestive tract.
