Biden by making an EO banning the term china virus has broken his oath. He swore to uphold and protect the constitution. He just opposed the 1st amendment and tried to create a law violating that right. Are we going to stand for this? Congress has a duty to impeach him according to their oath.

If this is allowed to stand we have given up our protections under the bill of rights. We will soon be under communist control. Trump had a hard time making policy because he used the constitution and its protections agianst dictatorship. That is all.

But it doesn't technically violate the 1st because the 1st declares that "Congress shall make no law..." and this isn't a congressionally-passed law. So although it does blatantly violate the spirit of the 1st, it's not a law so feel free, in your daily life, to keep using your terms of choice!

To uphold and protect the constitution. Thats the oath he swore . Doesn't say only if you want to! it says uphold and protect.
