If this is allowed to stand we have given up our protections under the bill of rights. We will soon be under communist control. Trump had a hard time making policy because he used the constitution and its protections agianst dictatorship. That is all.

If executive agencies cannot tell the difference between people that are in this country illegally and people that are here legally but not citizen, then yes there is a HUGE problem. Please think outside the box.
