If this is allowed to stand we have given up our protections under the bill of rights. We will soon be under communist control. Trump had a hard time making policy because he used the constitution and its protections agianst dictatorship. That is all.

Any labeling of speach is a step in the wrong direction. Been several articles on here where government officials have said "that's not protected speach" All speach in this country is protected and we all know they take an inch of ground at a time. Its the whole where do we draw the line thing. If we don't draw the line with freedom of speech the we better just start walking to the rail yard.
