Biden by making an EO banning the term china virus has broken his oath. He swore to uphold and protect the constitution. He just opposed the 1st amendment and tried to create a law violating that right. Are we going to stand for this? Congress has a duty to impeach him according to their oath.

If this is allowed to stand we have given up our protections under the bill of rights. We will soon be under communist control. Trump had a hard time making policy because he used the constitution and its protections agianst dictatorship. That is all.

They don't have standing. No, really. It does not affect the States or independent agencies, only Federal bureaucracy.

No yet...give them a little more time and it will apply to us all. After all, questioning the election or the Covid narrative now makes one a domestic terrorist.
