Why do these idiots put forth bills they know won't pass? The Filibuster is still a thing and it's not going away. There are 2-3 democrat senators that have said they're not open to ending the filibuster and they're not open to debate about it.
That ends the filibuster and that ends this bill.
Why even waste time writing and drafting it? It's not going to fucking pass.
And then Washington would cease being the capital.
