I was talking to an American tennis coach based in Hong Kong today and used the analogy of Roger Federer deciding he's too old for competing on the mens tour. If he changed to Roxanne he could keep going for another 15 years and only have to play three sets and earn the same money. Yup .. sums it up was his response.
How come we never see it the other way around if things are so fair why don't the women want to compete in professional men's sports? I think football or hockey would be good starting points.

My friends niece was ranked at #3 in the state. She had a shot at going to the Olympics because she was in the top 3. That all ended for her when "CeCe" knocked her out of the top 3. Now she won't have a shot at the Olympics just so we can accommodate this guys mental illness.
