Why is it not possible for someone to file a class action lawsuit at the injustice being perpetrated on the American people?
Equality has always been at the heart of America and the justice system. Since the left has started sprouting Equity rather than equality, it has resulted in a 2 tier justice system. We see it on all levels when it comes to justice.
Affirmative action was defined as equal opportunity. Definition of equity in the dictionary is "Something that is just and fair." In reality, equality and equity are the same thing. I think the point of pushing equity is they are pushing financial equity. Everyone should be scared--this will not end well.
