It is not illegal to talk about buying stocks, either. Someone saw an opportunity to make big bucks based on PUBLIC information, told others, now a whole crapload of folks are about to make big bank.
It is not supposed to work this way.... Small investors are supposed to get fleeced by the billionaires, not the other way around.
If they were prosecuted, it would demonstrate enormous hypocrisy on the part of our tribal overlords. What they've done is milder than what the funds they're fucking have done, and even are continuing to do to cut their losses.
