Maybe because it was deemed unconstitutional in Va a “blue” state which would more than likely make the state red
I mean Wisconsin, Pa, and Michigan may have standing now that cases are gaining more traction and Potatus Biden is getting less popular so less chance of riots (probably)
It was done before 11/3. Those ballots were not counted in the election, or at least they were not legally supposed to be. This ruling makes that one permanent.
The court agreed with Reed’s argument, granting a preliminary injunction that prevented the state from accepting or counting ballots without a postmark. The latest ruling reinforces the earlier injunction, assuring that Virginia will not be able to make similar changes to future elections in the state without adequate changes in current law.
It's not guaranteed that they will process it, and it could be re-scheduled again, but in any case - they will have to take some decision by end of March.
This keeps getting misconstrued, and I'm not sure why except that people must not be reading the articles. The judge ruled back in October that late, unpostmarked ballots were not to be counted in the election. This current ruling makes that one permanent. Surprisingly, Virginia did the right thing. (That's not to say there wasn't fuckery and illegality in VA; I am one hundred percent convinced there was and VA went red. But the court did its job.)

This means Biden lost. Do we have standing now you cocksucker roberts?

Why wasn’t this done before 11/3? So many lazy politicians not paying attention...
They did not want to change the results of a fraud election

The same rule changes happened in WI, PA and MI.

"Hey robbing that bank was bad, but since you spent the money I guess we can't do anything."
"Yes we caught you drunk driving and that was bad but you're sober now so guess we can't do anything now."
"Oh election fraud was committed but the other guy already got sworn in, can't do anything."
Is that how our laws work?
Seems thats how laws work in Clown World. Great post btw.
