I called Kyle and spoke with him about this. This is an initiative to answer all the questions surrounding the actual Secession. First we have to know what that entails before we can bring it to a vote.

Brexit took so long because they voted to leave before understanding how it would work.

We are going to figure out how it would work then vote on it.
