And it's a dig on the oil industry...which they ultimately want to destroy.

If they destroy the oil industry, that means Buffet loses 2 billion. They want to keep the oil going. They really do. Oil is GREAT business, clearly. They just don't want US to be able to get it on our land. They want us dependent on the middle east.
