SCOTUS will attempt to pull of another “switch in time that saved nine” by ruling in favor of all Xiden’s policies and dismantling Trump-era protections. Problem is, that won’t do shit and the Democrats will still pack the courts, so not only will the Trump justices betray their values to save their influence, it will only be an exercise in futility by the end anyway.
