Meh. It was never mine. I joined the party late and it was already rotten then. I just didn't realize how rotten until now.

I know you're feeling depressed and defeated we all are. One road is less steep than the other. Why is flipping houses so profitable? You don't have to completely rebuild. You keep what works and replace the rest.

One more thing. Do you think Trump did the math before he decided not to run as a independent in 2016?
