Reading over the complaint its safe to say he's made some bad choices in his posts, but I'd hardly call 58k followers a "influencer".

This is quite the slippery slope. If this is considered Election Interference, then wouldn't numerous "Influencers" with 1million+ followers claming Trump is a nazi racist, etc have a much greater impact pertaining to "Election Interference"?
