I just did this the other day. House down the street from me with their Trump sign still up . I noticed they added a Thank you to the top so it read Thank You Trump! Don't know why but that lil bit of niceness was so wonderful, I had to tell them how much it was appreciated
You might consider a different place to leave a note. The USPS is not our friend, and I can just imagine them going after people for putting things on mailboxes. Sorry that someone trying to do something so innocent and nice has to deal with this ridiculousness, but please never stop.

And I still have my Trump 2020 flags in every window. However, I would love to know where you for your Trump won sign cuz I couldn’t find one where I was looking. You can use neon colored self adhesive paper. Costs about $.12 /sheet.
