On the way north from OK, no need to stop. KS NE SD ND, possibly MT WY ID. From there Canadian provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan want in, and Alaska is almost contiguous. BC would be contested.

If you are going as far north as Kentucky, can I plead for entry on behalf of Southern Ohio? Stop about half way up I-71 and exclude Columbus on up.
