If states can refuse to enforce immigration then Texas can refuse to enforce gun control. " At the end of the day none of the laws they pass matter if they don't stop the feds from try to enforce.

Its like with Kansas. Its legal to build suppressors as long as they don't leave the state. The feds still black bagged those guys. Texas has to actively keep the feds from renditioning people out of state.

Yup, I’d love to see a state physically shut down say the FBI in their state. Turn off their utilities and internet.

And the ATF, well at least the part of the ATF that deals with gun regulation because its a total disaster in need of reform.
