Trades are basically instant unless it's after hours though. Robinhood may be what you're looking for.
^This^ It's pretty decent but you don't get full access to all markets and stock. Trades are basically instant unless it's after hours though. Ameritrade does your trades at end of trading day regardless iirc of when you buy.
