The same Rand Paul to voted to certify a fraudulent electoral college when he openly said that election laws were changed unconstitutionally without going through legislation in a few states therefore tainting the election??? This clown doesn’t make any sense, a total contradiction to what he believed happened. He is truing to save his career now but doing all this after the fact. The guy is either complicit in the fraud or just to weak to stand up when it matters. Either way, he is a disgrace.

Probably ted cruz would be best senate leader. Not too many choices though

You misunderstand. I’m aware he is either a traitor or more likely a coward. I’m just wondering if anyone in govt has a backbone.

Like I said. The best one out of all the senators maybe.although john kennedy from la is a close second but he voted to certify arizona so that is a strike against him.

I m all for term limits for all senate and house rep positions and supreme court. That is a good thing. You wouldn’t have these extremely powerful corrupt people that is almost impossible to remove.

At least Cruz had the courage to stand up to the fraud, rand paul cucked out as did Ron Johnson which I was surprised. He has been based but cowarded to the radicals

I understand but as I said that he is the better one of the rest. I didnt say he is the greatest ever. Name a senator better. I forgot about Hawley so I would choose Hawley over Cruz.

It was the job of the states to say "don't use the electors of the guy who committed fraud."

You had people at the State Level that cucked out.

Right, it is the states job but congress is the last failsafe

Also consider two issues.

  1. Portions of half the population would have had massive riots and or severe hysteria. If there was a consensus among the population that there was fraud, then yes Congress would not have certified.
  2. My next point is since half the country is in a different plane of reality where voter fraud does not exist, they would have found this to be a stolen election. Out of vengeance, next time a Republican President were to be elected after Trump and it was a Democrat Majority in Congress, it would have opened the possibility for them to just take and certify someone else. That is the precedent Senator Rand Paul was looking to avoid setting and he is correct in that. Senator Paul does not do things just for nothing. He has reasons behind what he does.

If you want the safe guards to be used properly, get people to stop watching the mainstream media for a start and get all of us on the same page with stuff, specifically the left's wage, housing and access to healthcare problems. If you solve those three things, the left would be on our side, minus some social differences, which we can live with, we have a 1st Amendment after all.

Only one thing that matter is the facts. A couple states changed election laws unconstitutionally without legislation which is illegal. That is documented fact. You don’t certify an outcome that was illegally fixed to where mail in ballots didn’t require signature verification. That is null and void under the law. Forget about the fraud, even though that was part of the fraud. So, the way I understood it was it was more along the lines of illegally changing election laws that altered the results.

You can’t worry about riots over upholding the law
