I have made it a habit to daily downvote the videos that have popped up on the White House YT channel. The result: a blue things down where there was previously a grey thumbs down.
Today I noticed that when I went back to look at videos I had previously downvoted, the thumbs down was grey and I could again turn it blue with my downvote.
Does this imply that my previous downvote had been erased?!
Someone posted 4 different screen shots of the same video taken at different times in the day. The thumbs down count was up and down from one pic to the next. The thumbs up counter only went up in each pic. Even with the manipulation the thumbs down out paced the thumbs up by 10 to 1.
