Proof that YT is messing around with the downvotes on White House channel? 🚫CENSORED🚫

I have made it a habit to daily downvote the videos that have popped up on the White House YT channel. The result: a blue things down where there was previously a grey thumbs down.

Today I noticed that when I went back to look at videos I had previously downvoted, the thumbs down was grey and I could again turn it blue with my downvote.

Does this imply that my previous downvote had been erased?!

Implies yes, proves no. That said, when you see votes swinging by the thousands like this. That is where the proof is found. I say this as someone who has been on Youtube before Google bought it. So I'm familiar with how their systems work.
