I didn't follow my dream to be a historian because a historian told me that I would likely have to wait for one to retire to get a 30K a year or less job. I did graduate, I did take out more loans to go to tech school and get certified. I now have verifiable, marketable skills in the fastest growing industry in the world. I am very capable of paying my student loans. Where did I fuck up? Truth is, I didn't, I did research and got skills that I could either start my own business or get a job. Why didn't these other highly educated people do a simple google search to aid them with a viable career path. They is smart, cause, they is college graduates right? Why do I and my grandkids have to pay for their poor decisions. Geez whats next? I need you to pay for the murder of a unborn child cause I decided to scratch an itch? I need you to feed me cause I choose not to work? I need you to pay for my medical care cause I had one big mac too many or really liked crack pipes and meth? Where does it end?
