I assume the pills you're referring to are opioid? If that is the case, I would like to recommend red vein kratom if you need something to help. It stimulates the receptors like opioids do but on the opposite side. The non-addictive side. A lot of people have used it to curb opioids and heroin/methadone. If you're doing good without anything, then perhaps keep that going but if it's getting rough, then look into kratom.
