I have no idea but anyone can go read campaign finance laws themselves and see that you can't pretend to be officially endorsed by a campaign and not actually have the endorsement..... That has always been illegal....
So is threatening to kill people for political affiliation but that hasn't slowed that shit down one bit. Laws are to be applied equally or they are not laws but rather tyranny wrapped in legal terminology. You can say Trump is "literally a Russian asset" and the courts deemed that protected speech. Tulsi Gabbard also got that same treatment and it isn't a crime to be Hillary Clinton and telling people a blatant lie to sway an election or for her to weaponize the FBI to do her bidding.
